Artesania Latina 1/28 1898 Pen Duick Scaled Wooden Model Ship Kit

The Pen Duick is a beautiful regatta cutter dating from 1888, which the prestigious sailor Eric Tabarly saved from a miserable fate, rescuing it from a muddy corner of the Loire where it had run aground.

This Artesania Latina wooden boat model is highly realistic with many fine details. The kit includes laser cut frames, keel and bulkheads, and exotic wood strip for hull planking. Also included is the wooden deck planking, masts and spars, metal and wooden fittings, and cloth for the sails. The instruction booklet is very detailed, taking you through every step of construction.
