Capra™ Tube Chassis Design

The UTB18 Capra looks just as good as it performs. Axial® shrunk down the proven design of the 1/10 scale Capra to 1/18 scale, giving the UTB18 Capra a realistic look and plenty of ground clearance to handle tough terrain.

Portal Axles

For top crawling performance, the UTB18 Capra features portal axles. These axles raise the differential for more ground clearance and help the UTB18 Capra conquer any obstacle.

1/10 Scale Axle Mounted Low Profile Servo

Just like competition crawlers, the UTB18 Capra has its servo mounted directly on the axle. This lowers the centre of gravity and gives you more control over steering, especially when the UTB18 Capra is fully flexed out.

All-Metal Front Universals And Rear Axles

For smooth operation and a high-performing drivetrain, the UTB18 Capra uses Axial® universals. These universals are made of strong, machined steel and allow for 45 degrees of steering.
