It is suitable for flying indoors in large rooms, garages, or gymnasiums, and outdoors in calm to low wind conditions. The airframe has been strengthened and reinforced to better handle bumps and collisions, with more durable metal landing gear that is easy to unscrew to remove or replace.

This Bind-N-Fly Basic version arrives 100% factory-assembled and is ready to fly in the time it takes to charge a battery. Simply bind the receiver to a compatible Spektrum DSMX/DSM2 transmitter, install a charged battery, and fly. Factory-installed LED lights make it possible to fly all day and all night, with the ability to change between different colour options. The aircraft is equipped with exclusive Spektrum AS3X (Artificial Stabilisation — 3-aXis) and SAFE Select technologies. AS3X smooths out the effects of wind and turbulence, while optional-use SAFE Select offers pitch and bank angle limits along with automatic self-levelling. It also provides real-time battery voltage data to compatible Spektrum transmitters. The power system is compatible with 1S 70mAh to 200mAh LiPo batteries.
