The specially-tuned brushless motor is 2S and 3S compatible, offering a range of performance from slow cruising to unlimited vertical. Functional flaps give the UMX Air Tractor Short Take Off and Landing (STOL) capabilities, and factory-installed LED navigation, landing, and strobe lights add realism. This ultra-micro Air Tractor features exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® and SAFE® Select technologies. AS3X works behind the scenes to smooth out wind and turbulence, providing a 'locked-in' feel. Optional SAFE Select offers pitch/bank limits and self-levelling, making it easier to fly with a simple switch flip.
Just like the larger E-flite Air Tractor 1.5m, the UMX™ Air Tractor comes with realistic LED landing, navigation, and simulated strobe lights. These are factory-installed and powered directly from the flight battery, enhancing its scale appearance and improving visibility in the air.

The UMX™ Air Tractor is equipped with a control unit and flight controller that includes an ESC and Spektrum™ receiver, providing real-time flight battery voltage telemetry. This vital data is sent to compatible Spektrum AirWare™ equipped transmitters as you fly, keeping you informed on your power.
The factory-installed brushless out-runner motor is 2S and 3S compatible, offering a wide performance range. From gentle cruising to maximise flight time, all the way to hovering and unlimited vertical performance, this model delivers "mild to wild" capabilities for any flying style.
The oversized, tundra-style tyres absorb bumps and provide excellent prop clearance, allowing you to fly from surfaces impossible for most models this size. Easily take off and land from grass, gravel paths, dirt trails, and paved surfaces, opening up more flying spots.
