Overview

Replacement brushless ESC for the Strada Red series of cars. Can also be used to upgrade the standard Strada when used in conjunction with a brushless motor (MV22602 — 22BL 3215KV Brushless Motor).

Note

Remove the cooling fan when running the ESC in very wet conditions. After running in wet conditions, clean and dry the ESC to avoid oxidation of copper connectors. For 4–6 cells NiMH or 2S LiPo: no cooling fan change required. For 7–9 cells NiMH or 3S LiPo: change the original 5V cooling fan to a 12V cooling fan, or supply the 5V cooling fan from the receiver (5–6V).

  • 2–3S capable (for 3S, change the standard 5V cooling fan to a 12V cooling fan, or supply the 5V cooling fan from the receiver at 5–6V)

  • 2 running modes: "Forward with brake" and "Forward/Backward with brake"
  • Proportional ABS brake function with 4 steps of maximum brake force adjustment and 8 steps of drag-brake force adjustment
  • 4 punch modes from "Soft" to "Very aggressive" — suitable for different chassis, tyres, and tracks
  • Multiple protection features: low voltage cut-off for LiPo or NiMH battery, over-heat protection, throttle signal loss protection, motor blocked protection
  • Easily programmed with the "SET" button
