Overview

The Krupp Protze (Kfz.70) was a six-wheeled 6x4 truck widely used by the German Army to transport troops and tow light artillery during the early stages of World War II. Its distinctive sloped hood housed an air-cooled engine, and its advanced suspension gave it excellent off-road performance, making it a key vehicle in the fast-moving Blitzkrieg campaigns.

This classic 1/35 scale kit from Tamiya is a detailed replica of the famous German truck. The model accurately captures the vehicle's unique form and features a detailed chassis and suspension. To create a complete scene, the kit includes three figures (a driver and two infantrymen), a host of accessories including machine guns and an anti-tank rifle, and a length of enamelled wire to create a realistic roll of barbed wire.
