The RC10 Graphite boasts a chassis crafted from 100% carbon fibre, specifically laminated with unidirectional cloth for superior lightness and rigidity. This advanced material, even stiffer than common fibreglass/graphite composites, ensures the chassis remains perfectly flat and resists tweaking. All mounting holes are precisely drilled and countersunk using CNC equipment, guaranteeing impeccable alignment and optimal performance.

The redesigned front suspension of the RC10 Graphite offers racing refinements that translate to superior performance. Longer lower arms create a wider, more aggressive stance, while zero-offset steering blocks provide greater high-speed stability and quicker turn-in. New shock towers offer a broader selection of mounting positions for extended travel and progressive spring rate adjustments, with turnbuckles ensuring precise and rapid setup changes.

For supreme traction and handling, the RC10 Graphite features lighter, stronger wheels with a webbed, one-piece design. Their larger diameters (2 1/8” front, 2” rear) minimise sidewall flex, while the precision-moulded virgin nylon construction provides optimal strength. These are shod with specially developed low-profile Team Associated TQ racing tyres, offering different spike patterns and compounds for balanced handling and maximum grip across varying track conditions.

The World and National Championship-winning low centre of gravity gearbox of the RC10 has been further improved. Precision, CNC cut steel gears offer increased efficiency, and the transmission is strengthened with heavy-duty idler gears capable of handling additional loads. For added stability under power, the RC10 Graphite incorporates adjustable rear toe-in, allowing selection of 0 or 3.0 degree toe-in via rugged suspension mount blocks. Hardened universal drive shafts are standard, reducing power loss and eliminating lost dog bones.

Beyond its core structure, the RC10 Graphite includes a low profile sealed six-gear transmission and a VariLok adjustable ball differential, optimising power delivery and traction control. Full metal ball bearings are integrated throughout the drivetrain for maximum efficiency and durability. This combination, alongside its exceptional ground clearance and low centre of gravity, ensures that the buggy maintains superior performance on any off-road course, capable of fitting 6-cell NiMH and 2S LiPo battery packs.
