Slash rides on oil-filled Ultra Shocks utilising X-ring seals for smooth, tunable performance. Adjustable steel turnbuckles allow trackside camber and toe tuning with durable captured rod ends. HD suspension arms moulded from our toughest composite and Extreme HD suspension components provide ultimate strength, resisting breaks under even the most punishing use.

Slash’s long 335mm (13.2″) wheelbase chassis provides superior stability on high-speed straights with over 89mm (3.5 inches) of ground clearance to prevent bottoming out. High-flying stunts won’t upset Slash’s tough clipless body! Locking tabs hold the body tightly but release in just seconds for convenience and scale realism by removing traditional clips. Engineered to handle the abuse of bumper-to-bumper bashing, scale tube-style bumpers absorb brutal impacts while looking the part of a true short course race truck.

A powerful Traxxas 2075 waterproof digital high-torque servo provides precise steering authority and speed for wheel-to-wheel racing. Slash’s patented sealed receiver box gives you the freedom to drive where you want, when you want, keeping electronics dry. A high-performance bellcrank steering system minimises bump steer for precise wheel placement.

The TQ’s advanced programming provides long-range control with smooth, glitch-free performance. 2.4 GHz technology allows you to race multiple vehicles side by side without interference. The TQ’s ergonomic design is comfortable for all day driving with an internal antenna that is impervious to damage from rollovers or impacts.

Slash comes with BFGoodrich® Mud Terrain T/A® tyres mounted and pre-glued to 56mm (2.2″) Split-Spoke dual-profile SCT wheels. Tyres have excellent grip in the dirt and just the right amount of slide on pavement. Their authentic scale appearance and realistic performance add to the exciting short course racing experience.

Slash’s innovative battery tray accommodates both flat and “hump” pack NiMH batteries. The extended tray allows the battery packs to be positioned forward or backward for front/rear weight bias tuning. A hinged battery strap provides quick and secure battery mounting. An optional battery expander kit is available for use with oversize batteries.

Rubber-sealed ball bearings offer the ultimate in super low-friction performance and maximum protection in dusty environments. These virtually maintenance free bearings are used in all exposed locations on the truck. This ensures smooth running and extends the life of drivetrain components by keeping out dirt and grime.
