This is one of the most highly-engineered and feature-rich RC models ever produced, designed to capture the spirit of its full-scale counterpart. The complex design is realised in a fully-moulded, durable EPO airframe packed with an abundance of scale details, from a detailed cockpit with a backlit instrument panel to functional features that set it apart. These include licensed, scale-like KING shocks on the main and tail wheel gear, functional leading-edge slats, and large, slotted flaps that combine to deliver truly breathtaking STOL (Short Take Off and Landing) performance. A custom-controlled system of 17 LEDs for navigation, landing, and other lights completes the incredible scale presentation.

Beneath the surface, the DRACO 2.0m is just as impressive. A powerful 4S to 6S compatible brushless motor is controlled by a 100-amp Spektrum Avian Smart ESC, providing real-time telemetry data and optional motor reversing for special ground handling. The BNF Basic version includes a Spektrum AR637TA receiver with AS3X and optional-use SAFE Select technologies, making this large-scale aircraft surprisingly stable and easy to fly for intermediate pilots. Despite its size and complexity, convenience is key. The two-piece wing features a V2 hands-free servo connection system and is secured with quarter-turn thumbscrews for quick, tool-free field assembly and disassembly. It all combines to offer an unmatched STOL, scale, and beyond flying experience that every pilot can appreciate.

Carbon Fibre All-Terrain Undercarriage

Like the full-scale original, the articulated, shock-absorbing main gear features oversized tundra-style tyres to soak up bumps. Custom-made from moulded carbon fibre, it’s incredibly durable. The shock-equipped, steerable tailwheel offers excellent ground handling, including the ability to taxi in reverse using optional-use motor reversing functionality.
