The Kyosho FANTOM EP-4WD Ext is a testament to Kyosho's legacy of innovation and performance. This 1/12 scale electric car, a reimagining of the 1985 Japan Championship winner, combines classic design with modern enhancements to deliver a thrilling RC experience.

The Ext features the same groundbreaking chain + one-way 4WD system as the original, allowing for aggressive cornering and unmatched acceleration. The 3P suspension, with its specially shaped springs and progressive spring effect, ensures maximum traction and stability. The redesigned chassis, incorporating a reinforcing plate and integrated servo saver, further enhances the car's performance and responsiveness. World First Chassis

The FANTOM was the first electric R/C car in the world to adopt the ladder chain + front one-way bearing drive system, and in combination with an integrated 3P suspension system, delivered superior cornering speed and driving agility.

Aerodynamic Shell

The CRC-2 body and its reputation for excellent aerodynamic performance has been faithfully reproduced. The long front overhang and full-body wedge produces handling stability with minimal aerodynamic variation due to speed. Includes decals to recreate the model on the package.

Engineered Suspension

The Fantom chassis is engineered for a rear suspension effect, featuring a newly designed top mounted oil damper and high-precision motor mount for smooth, reliable operation.

Progressive Suspension

That Fantom features incredible handling and maximum steering angle, thanks to the special spring and newly designed front sprocket, swing shaft, and knuckle arm.

Adjustable Setup

The Fantom has been designed to allow you to fine-tune the car's performance with adjustable ride height, wheelbase, and motor mounting position for optimal balance and control.

High Performance Drivetrain

A new long-type pinion gear and ball-bearing-equipped differential have been included with the Fantom to deliver a smooth and efficient power transfer, with a wide range of optional pinion gears available for customisation.
