With the development of an electric version and the release of the MP10e in 2020, the popularity of 1/8 EP buggy racing has grown significantly. The most competitive elements of the MP10 TKI2 GP model have been incorporated into the evolved MP10e TKI2.

The most immediately obvious innovation is the adoption of a new body with aerodynamics to increase speed, especially through mid-speed range cornering. The conventional body shape that is strong through tight turns allows high exit velocity and handles all types of layouts, from low-speed to high-speed circuits. Longer suspension stroke with updated oil shocks and springs delivers improved rough track performance. The EP model neatly arranges wiring to prevent interference with drive components.

The body shell is supplied completely unpainted and may require body post holes to be drilled. Use only polycarbonate-safe paint (such as the Tamiya PS series) to finish the body. Standard paints will not adhere and may cause damage to the body shell surface.
