The legendary Tamiya Hotshot RC Buggy Kit makes a triumphant return! Originally debuting in 1985 as Tamiya’s first 4WD off-road buggy, this re-issue lets you relive history. With its aggressive body design and low centre of gravity, the Hotshot truly made waves. It’s a rewarding experience to build this iconic machine and immerse yourself in an epoch-making piece of RC history!

Tamiya designers updated this classic for modern performance. It retains double wishbone suspension & adjustable mono-shock oil dampers (now diaphragm type). Drivetrain features modern dog bone propeller shafts for reliability, and fully-enclosed gearboxes with diffs & thrust bearings. A dummy rear aluminium heat sink preserves the original look! Build this updated legend for classic 4WD off-road fun!

Unique Mono-Shock Suspension System

The redesigned chassis boasts a unique 4-wheel double wishbone suspension, featuring distinctive front and rear mono-shocks. This innovative setup is engineered to provide exceptional handling and control over various off-road terrains.

Stable Diaphragm-Type Oil Dampers
