Tamiya is thrilled to announce the re-release of the Hotshot II, a 4WD buggy that first made waves back in 1987. This revamp brings a fresh take on a classic, following the lineage of Tamiya's groundbreaking 4WD buggies: the original Hotshot of 1985 and the Supershot of 1986. The Hotshot II, known for its lightweight design thanks to the use of plastic parts, is ready to hit the tracks once again and comes with a pre-painted black body shell. So, gear up for some high-speed fun with this updated classic!

Features

Shaft-driven 4WD ensures speed and stability, enhancing cornering performance
Independent double wishbone suspension maximises 4WD traction
Uses CVA (II) oil dampers with a horizontally mounted front shock and vertically mounter rear shocks
Adjustable Front stabiliser included in suspension set up
Body and rear wing crafted from lightweight 0.7mm polycarbonate
Orange lines on a black base bring about a nostalgic colour scheme
Features Red Suspension parts that add pops of colour to the build

Body shell is pre-cut and pre-painted in black but can be painted with polycarbonate safe paint
Front and rear mechanical shells are sealed & protect differentials with smooth curves
ABS monocoque frame and suspension arms are reinforced plastic
Hybrid 'semi-pneumatic' tyres feature oval pins and spikes
The Tyres have been paired with large-diameter nylon rims
