Inspired by the Ford Shelby GT350R-C, the Ford Mustang GT4 has been designed and engineered jointly by Ford Performance and Multimatic Motorsports to compete in sports car championship racing series globally, including the IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge, Pirelli World Challenge GTS/GT4, and GT4 European Series.Â
 The Tamiya Ford GT4 faithfully captures this sleek racing car as a 1/10 scale radio control replica. The highly-detailed polycarbonate body sits atop the easy-to-build Tamiya TT-02 chassis that you can customise for added performance!Â
 The shaft-driven 4WD TT-02 chassis employs a longitudinal layout with the battery on the left and the motor on the right, to give excellent stability. In addition, it features identical left and right suspension arms and uprights for ease of assembly, plus easy-to-maintain gearboxes. It is a highly adaptable chassis, as it offers 2 different wheelbases, 2 ground clearance settings and 2 tread set-ups in addition to a range of 10 possible gear ratios. It is not short on looks either, with brake disc-shaped wheel hubs and stylish front bumper supports. Gun metal colour 10-spoke rims and slick tyres make for a racy finish.Â
Experience incredibly smooth and precise control thanks to the steering linkage joints featuring resin ball links. This design ensures accurate command over your TT-02 chassis, enhancing your driving experience on any surface.
Add a touch of authentic realism to your TT-02 with its stylish wheel hubs, designed to mimic brake discs. This attention to detail elevates the model's appearance, making it look even more like a real racing machine.
The motor cover includes a clever, removable cooling duct engineered to significantly improve motor performance. This design helps keep your motor running at optimal temperatures, ensuring consistent power and reliability during extended use (duct not shown).
The TT-02 chassis boasts a sophisticated rear double-wishbone suspension system. Coil-over shock absorbers provide effective damping for enhanced stability and responsiveness, leading to a more enjoyable and predictable driving experience.
Equipped with reliable front and rear 4-bevel type planetary gears, the TT-02 ensures smooth and consistent power delivery to all four wheels. This design provides dependable traction and control, essential for dynamic driving.
The Ford Mustang GT4 has been carefully recreated in 1/10 scale. Featuring a giant rear wing, Front and rear LED light buckets and other scale details, this is a TT-02 you don't want to miss.
