The ARRMA KRATON 1/5 8S EXB Monster Truck RTR is a large-scale basher's dream come true. It is loaded with EXtreme Bash parts for improved durability, plus a powerful 8S LiPo-capable Spektrum brushless system. The new Spektrum 8S-capable brushless system is more powerful than ever. It features a massive 5687 FIRMA 1100Kv brushless motor, with a huge 56mm diameter and 10% more torque than the previous KRATON 8S RTR motor. The new motor is paired with a Spektrum S6510 steel gear servo that offers 820 oz-in of torque at 8.4V — nearly 50% more torque than its predecessor. The new RTR package also includes a Spektrum FIRMA 160A V2 Smart ESC and Spektrum DX3 3-channel 2.4GHz DSMR radio system with Spektrum AVC technology built-in to keep the huge power under control.
The ARRMA KRATON 1/5 8S EXtreme Bash Speed Monster Truck is a ready-to-run powerhouse with EXB-hardened parts for unstoppable strength. It features a 5mm thick EXB 7075 T6 CNC aluminium chassis, red-anodised CNC aluminium front brace mount, and impact-absorbing EXB front bumper. The monster truck body flaunts an aggressive new EXB colour scheme. Its all-terrain capabilities come from adjustable, oil-filled 20mm bore shocks with 6mm thick shafts and dBoots COPPERHEAD 2 big block tyres on multi-spoke wheels. The durable design ensures confident control at high speeds. The drivetrain boasts all-metal diff outdrives, gearbox internals, and steel driveshafts for extreme bashing. The modular design minimises maintenance downtime.

The KRATON® 8S EXB features heavy-duty steel turnbuckles, including 8mm thick rear turnbuckles and 7mm thick steering turnbuckles. These robust components enhance the truck's ability to withstand extreme off-road abuse, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliable handling.
Experience a smooth and controlled ride with the KRATON® 8S EXB's adjustable, oil-filled shocks. Mounted on ultra-thick composite towers, these 20mm bore shocks with 6mm thick shafts are tuned for plush performance, soaking up bumps and jumps with ease.
The KRATON® 8S EXB is equipped with aggressive dBoots® COPPERHEAD™ 2 big block tyres, providing exceptional traction on any terrain. Mounted on multi-spoke wheels with durable hubs, these tyres complement the truck's EXB matte and gloss effect finished body, adding to its aggressive style.
ARRMA® minimises downtime with a driver-friendly design. The easy-access, 3-bolt sliding motor mount allows for quick and convenient motor removal, simplifying maintenance and upgrades.
The KRATON® 8S EXB features a moulded electronics module that houses the receiver, servo, and ESC. This module is screwed to the chassis and includes a waterproof receiver box, protecting your electronics from dirt and moisture.
The KRATON® 8S EXB's 5mm chassis plate is crafted from rugged anodised 7075 T6 aluminium and features a multi-structured centre brace system. Strong composite chassis side pods and a centre body support further enhance durability, ensuring the truck can withstand extreme bashing.
The KRATON® 8S EXB is built for punishment with durable steel driveshafts, all-metal diff outdrives, and gearbox internals. Verified buyerBrand new out of the box did 1 jump went about a half a metre in the air come down bit of a role onto the rooff and back left suspention arm snapped in half not a good start...... Alot of money for something that cant do what it is intented to do even at the smaller scale of bashing where is the extreme come into it

Verified buyerAs good as this thing looks and as fun as it is to drive, l’m really disappointed with the fragility of this truck. Only driven at three times and it’s already broken one outdrive and now a rear suspension arm from just doing small jumps. Same thing with the 6S version. I feel like every time I take one of my Arrma vehicles out, something new on it breaks and I’m a very gentle driver. I’m honestly at the point now where I’m somewhat reluctant to buy anotherArrma vehicle.
