The ARRMA KRATON 1/5 8S EXB Monster Truck RTR is a large-scale basher's dream come true. It is loaded with EXtreme Bash parts for improved durability, plus a powerful 8S LiPo-capable Spektrum brushless system. The new Spektrum 8S-capable brushless system is more powerful than ever. It features a massive 5687 FIRMA 1100Kv brushless motor, with a huge 56mm diameter and 10% more torque than the previous KRATON 8S RTR motor. The new motor is paired with a Spektrum S6510 steel gear servo that offers 820 oz-in of torque at 8.4V — nearly 50% more torque than its predecessor. The new RTR package also includes a Spektrum FIRMA 160A V2 Smart ESC and Spektrum DX3 3-channel 2.4GHz DSMR radio system with Spektrum AVC technology built-in to keep the huge power under control.

It features a 5mm thick EXB 7075 T6 CNC aluminium chassis, red-anodised CNC aluminium front brace mount, and impact-absorbing EXB front bumper. The monster truck body flaunts an aggressive new EXB colour scheme. Its all-terrain capabilities come from adjustable, oil-filled 20mm bore shocks with 6mm thick shafts and dBoots COPPERHEAD 2 big block tyres on multi-spoke wheels. The durable design ensures confident control at high speeds. The drivetrain boasts all-metal diff outdrives, gearbox internals, and steel driveshafts for extreme bashing. The modular design minimises maintenance downtime.

The KRATON® 8S EXB features a moulded electronics module that houses the receiver, servo, and ESC. This module is screwed to the chassis and includes a waterproof receiver box, protecting your electronics from dirt and moisture.
