This is a radio control assembly kit of the Land Rover Defender. It is an enduring vehicle that traces its lineage back to the original Land Rover cars first released in the immediate post-WWII era. This model recreates an early version of the Defender 90 (named on account of its wheelbase length), the shorter wheelbase variant of the car.

The CC-01 chassis features an excellent ground-hugging, long-stroke suspension system consisting of front double wishbone and rear 4-link rigid setups, equipped with 4 oil dampers. A highly reliable and efficient full-time 4WD system features a front-mounted motor, which transmits power to the front wheels via the gearbox and to the rear wheels via the propeller shaft with universal joints. Front and rear differentials enable smooth cornering. For even greater off-road performance on rough terrain, the rear differential may be locked during assembly.

Responsive Handling

 The CC-01 features a realistic double wishbone front suspension system, just like a real off-road vehicle. CVA oil dampers provide smooth damping action and improve the truck's ability to soak up bumps and maintain traction.

Realistic Drivetrain

The authenticity doesn't stop with the scale body shell. The drivetrain of the CC-01 is just like a real car with power being delivered to the rear wheels through a propeller shaft, adding to the realism and driving enjoyment.

4 Link Suspension

 The CC-01's 4-link rear suspension provides exceptional durability and stability for tackling tough off-road conditions. CVA oil dampers ensure a smooth and controlled ride, even over rough terrain.

This body shell comes completely unpainted and may or may not require body post holes to be drilled. Only use a polycarbonate style paint such as the Tamiya PS series to finish these bodies, as standard paints will not adhere and/or cause damage to the body shell's surface.
