The heart of this bundle is the included Tamiya MFC-01 Multi-Function Control Unit. This sophisticated module brings your truck to life. It provides over 24 digitally-recorded sounds, including the L6 diesel engine start-up, idle, horn, and air brakes. It also controls more than 30 separate LEDs for headlights, indicators, brake lights, and fog lamps, all synchronised with your driving. A built-in vibration unit simulates engine rumble, and the MFC-01 also acts as the truck's Electronic Speed Control, so no separate ESC is needed.

This "Builders Bundle" provides the complex electronics needed to complete this project. It includes a Futaba 4-channel radio system, which is required to operate the MFC-01 many features. It also provides two strong 13kg servos: one for steering and one to shift the 3-speed gearbox. For power, you get a Tornado 7.2V NiMH battery, a G.T. N802 charger, and all the AA batteries for the transmitter. All that's left is the satisfying build, some tools, and your choice of paint to create your own custom rig.
