The Tamiya TT-02 Type SR is your stepping stone to competitive RC racing. This 1/10 scale electric 4WD kit is a performance-tuned upgrade of the popular TT-02 chassis, designed to give beginners the edge on the track. With its aluminium rear uprights providing precise 3-degree toe-in and an aluminium motor mount for enhanced rigidity and cooling, the TT-02SR delivers improved stability and handling.

The drivetrain is optimised for efficiency and reliability, featuring full ball bearings, an aluminium propeller shaft, and metal drive shafts and joint cups. The included CVA oil dampers and black coil springs ensure smooth, predictable performance, even in high-speed corners. The 27T aluminium pinion gear and 68T spur gear provide a race-ready gear ratio for competing in Tamiya events. Race Spec Suspension

The front double cardan drive shaft with its dual joints minimises vibrations caused by drive shaft flex. This translates to improved suspension responsiveness and a more connected feel with the road surface.
