The Mercedes-Benz G-Class has had outstanding durability and off-road performance since its inception in 1979. This R/C model assembly kit recreates the G 320, a 2-door cabriolet produced between 1997 and 2001. The body is reproduced in tough, lightweight polycarbonate, with separately molded side mirrors and metal plated grille-parts. The model pairs the G 320 body with the new shaft-driven 4WD MF-01X chassis, fitted with 7-spoke wheels and semi-pneumatic treaded tires for performance on- or off-road.

Textured Finish

The polycarbonate body features a realistic textured finish, even on the soft top, adding depth and authenticity. Delicate stitching details are recreated with stickers, improving the scale appearance.

Rear Mounted Motor

The motor is strategically mounted at the rear of the monocoque frame, providing direct power to the rear wheels via gears. A propeller shaft extends to the front wheels, creating an efficient 4WD system for better traction and control.

Adjustable Wheelbase

The versatile monocoque frame allows you to adjust the wheelbase to suit your driving preferences. By changing the central spacer block and installing a separately sold prop shaft, you can choose between short (210mm), medium (225mm), or long (239mm) wheelbase configurations.

4 Wheel Independent Double Wishbone Suspension

The double wishbone suspension, both front and rear, delivers fantastic handling and off-road performance. The tough uprights and hub carriers on the front ensure durability, while friction shock absorbers on the rear provide effective damping action.

This body shell comes completely UNPAINTED and may or may not require body post holes to be drilled. Only use a polycarbonate style paint such as the Tamiya PS series to finish these bodies, as standard paints will not adhere and/or cause damage to the body shell's surface.
