Servos are powered by the ESC's output to the receiver. If you're using a higher-strength servo than the ESC can support (usually greater than 20kg), you may experience 'brown-outs' where the radio signal can be interrupted and cause erratic driving. This can be helped by plugging a Glitch Buster into the receiver smoothing the current delivery. However, in some cases, you may need to install an external BEC.

This is one of the most powerful servos on the market, purpose-built for the most demanding 1/5 scale vehicles and custom builds. It produces an incredible 150 kg-cm of torque, giving it the raw strength to accurately steer the heaviest trucks with the biggest wheels.
The WB-150KG is an Ultra High Voltage (UHV) servo, engineered to be powered directly by a 4S to 6S LiPo battery (up to 25.2V). This high-power capability is managed by a reliable brushless motor and transferred through a full steel gear train for extreme durability. The entire servo is housed in a tough aluminium case that adds rigidity and helps dissipate heat. For pure, uncompromising power, the WB-150KG is in a class of its own.
