FAQs for CEN Racing RC Cars & Spare Parts
Who is CEN Racing for?
CEN Racing is best known for 1/7 scale RC buggies and supporting parts, aimed at hobbyists who want a larger-than-1/8-but-not-1/5 platform. The 1/7 scale segment sits in a sweet spot — bigger and more visually impressive than 1/10 and 1/8, but easier to transport and cheaper to run than full 1/5 petrol vehicles. CEN Racing suits drivers with at least basic RC experience who want something a bit different from the mainstream chassis sizes, with more than fifteen years of brand innovation behind the products.
What makes CEN Racing different?
CEN Racing has more than fifteen years of innovation in the RC space and is particularly associated with 1/7 scale buggies and related parts. That focus on 1/7 makes the brand stand out in a market dominated by 1/10, 1/8 and 1/5 chassis sizes. For drivers who want the visual presence and higher speeds of a larger-scale buggy, without committing to the cost and complexity of true 1/5 petrol setups, CEN Racing offers an interesting middle-ground platform with a recognisable identity in the bigger-scale RC community.
Can I get CEN Racing parts in Australia?
Our CEN Racing range is currently quite thin — just two items in our Australian warehouse — so availability is genuinely limited. If you need a specific CEN Racing chassis or spare part, please check the live category page first and then contact our team if the exact item is not listed. We can let you know whether it is something we can realistically source through our Australian distribution channels, or suggest an alternative from another large-scale RC brand we carry that may suit your project.
Which CEN Racing items do you currently carry?
With only two CEN Racing items in stock, the most reliable reference is the live CEN Racing category page on our site rather than a fixed product list, because availability on a thin range can change quickly. If you are looking for a specific 1/7 scale buggy chassis or spare part and cannot see it listed, send our team the part number and your vehicle details — we will let you know what is realistic to source for the Australian market, or recommend an alternative if needed.
