FAQs for Team Orion LiPo Batteries & Chargers
Who is Team Orion aimed at?
Team Orion is a long-running RC power brand, established in 1987, that has historically catered to racers and serious hobbyists with LiPo batteries and chargers. The brand built its reputation supplying competitive on-road and off-road racers around the world. Today our Team Orion presence is very limited, so it is best thought of as a heritage brand with occasional stock rather than a current go-to range. Drivers who specifically know and trust Team Orion will recognise the name immediately.
What is Team Orion known for?
Team Orion is best known for LiPo batteries and chargers, with a long history in competitive RC dating back to 1987. Over the decades the brand has been associated with race-grade packs and intelligent chargers used by club and national-level competitors. Because the global RC battery market has shifted significantly in recent years, the breadth of Team Orion product available at any one time can vary, so checking current listings is more reliable than assuming the historical full catalogue is still available.
Can I still get Team Orion gear in Australia?
Our Team Orion stock is currently very limited — just two items in our Australian warehouse — so availability is best described as near-zero. If you specifically need a Team Orion pack or charger, please contact our team before ordering so we can confirm exactly what is available and whether it suits your application. For Australian buyers wanting a broader selection of LiPo batteries and chargers, we also carry several alternative brands that are likely to have a more comprehensive current range.
Which Team Orion products do you currently stock?
With only two Team Orion items in stock, the best reference is the live Team Orion category page on our site rather than any fixed product list, because availability on this heritage brand can change. If the specific Team Orion battery or charger you are after is not listed, please get in touch with our team — we can let you know what is realistic to source, or recommend a current-generation alternative from another LiPo brand we carry that suits your chassis and ESC requirements.
