RPM Front Bumper & Skid Plate Set

The engineers at RPM realised that the stock front bumper and skid plate on a Losi Baja Rey were too stiff, preventing the bumper from absorbing impacts. They moved the entire skid plate below the aluminium chassis plate, providing serious skid protection and creating a flex zone on the skid plate. This allowed more movement of the bumper in impact situations, ultimately saving costly repairs. The bumper was also redesigned, strengthening the mount between the skid plate and bumper, and creating another flex zone that allows the bumper to compress under extreme impacts. This protects the more fragile areas of the truck such as the front differential and chassis plate. The bumper is also thicker than stock, meaning it can take more impacts without failing.
